ALEX’S PERSONAL BACKGROUND

Alex Briones knows what it’s like to be a newcomer in Calgary. When studying his Computer Science degree in the Philippines, he never imagined he’d soon live in Canada’s cow country, shoveling snow in the winter and landlocked in the summer. In August 2003, as an immigrant, Alex began life in Calgary with few expectations for what his new life would bring. For several years, his small computer service company was the go to service provider for the Calgary Filipino community, for whom he did everything from computer maintenance, networking and business IT solutions.

Then, a condo purchase changed his life. The basic data from his realtor was a great start, but Alex’s thirst for knowledge pushed him into market research and he loved what he learned. Soon, he dreamed of being a Realtor with more for clients. By October, 2010, he received his license, and by January, 2011, he was doing real estate full time.

Alex knew how much more there was to buying and selling a home, and decided he would get his Real Estate license and become a kind of agent who would really empower his clients to make great choices by giving them the information and research needed. With this support and honesty, and with a step-by-step process for educating you and guiding you through your transactions, you’ll feel empowered, whether buying or selling.
